Full-price items, unworn and unaltered with original tags attached can be returned for a refund to your original payment method within 21 days of delivery. All sale items are refundable either for store credit only or final sale. The sale return policy will be marked on each item in your order confirmation and email. US returns incur a $8.95 restocking fee. This fee is waived if the return is made in-store or if an exchange is made on the return. Samples and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time. We only accept returns for orders placed through our website or in our stores. Orders placed through platforms like Instagram or other vendors like Nordstrom or Saks must be returned directly through those sites.
