What are my shipping options?Updated a month ago

For US orders, we offer Ground Shipping, Two Day Priority, and Next Day Priority service levels. International orders are all shipped with DHL Express service. You'll be notified by email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Items may ship directly from our fulfillment center or stores.

All orders of $250 or more qualify for complimentary Ground Shipping. For orders under $250, a $10 shipping fee will be applied to your order. Shipping costs are not refunded if a product or order is returned.

Ground Shipping orders typically ship from our fulfillment center within 2-3 business days and arrive within 2-8 business days post-shipment. Next Day and Two Day Priority shipping orders ship out of our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days and arrive within 1-2 business days based on your service level. International orders shipped with DHL express ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 2-5 business days.

PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses may ship on an extended timeline and are not eligible for expedited shipping methods.

Please note: All pre-order items ship on an extended timeline indicated in the product description and on your receipt. National holidays are not considered business days and add an extra day or two to shipping time, particularly during the end-of-year holiday period.
