Shipping Service Levels:

| Two Day Priority | 2 business days for delivery after fulfillment | $25 |
| Next Day Priority | 1 business day for delivery after fulfillment | $50 |
| DHL Express International | 2-5 business days for delivery after fulfillment | $10 or Free for orders over $400 |
For US orders, we offer Standard Shipping, Ground Shipping, Two Day Priority, and Next Day Priority service levels. International orders are all shipped with DHL Express service. Any order over $400 qualifies for our free Standard Shipping option. You'll be notified by email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Items may ship directly from our fulfillment center or stores. Shipping costs are not refunded if a product or order is returned.
Standard and Ground shipping orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days plus time in transit. Next Day and Two Day Priority shipping orders ship out of our fulfillment center within 1 business days and arrive within 1-2 business days based on your service level. International orders shipped with DHL express ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 2-5 business days.
PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses may ship on an extended timeline and are not eligible for expedited shipping methods.
Please note: All pre-order items ship on an extended timeline indicated in the product description and on your receipt. National holidays are not considered business days and add an extra day or two to shipping time, particularly during the end-of-year holiday period.
