Missing packages

If your package was marked as delivered, but you cannot find it, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. More often than not, the package was prematurely marked as delivered by the carrier and will be delivered soon. After 48 hours, please email us at [email protected], and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement. We may require the replacement order to be signed for on delivery or delivered to an alternate address. Please make sure to reach out within 15 days of your order being delivered. We are unable to refund or replace orders reported to us after this time.

Damaged packages

If you received a damaged package, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement shipment.
