Paid with a gift card, refunded to original payment method

If you paid with a gift card and chose to refund your order to your original payment method, then your refund will go back to the original gift card you used on the order.

Paid with a credit card or gift card, refunded to store credit

If you paid with a credit card, gift card, or combination but chose to refund your order entirely to store credit, then a new gift card will be issued and emailed to you immediately upon receiving your refund receipt.

Please note: New store credit gift cards will be emailed from the sender "M.M.LaFleur via. Rise.ai" and it is very typical for these emails to get caught in the spam folder. Please check there first, but feel free to email us at [email protected] if you need help locating your gift card code.
