For US orders, to receive an immediate refund, please select Happy Returns as your return method. You'll be credited when you items are inspected and verified at the Happy Returns location.

For all customers returning by mail, you can expect your return to be processed and refunded within 10 days of arriving at our Fulfillment Center. Upon processing your return, we will automatically send a copy of your credit memo to the email address associated with your account.
