How do I make a return?Updated 14 days ago

Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unaltered with original tags attached. All sale items are refundable for store credit only or are final sale, which will be noted on your confirmation email.

Return online:

For US orders including US territories and military addresses, start your return here. You can return by mail with USPS or in-person to a Happy Returns location. A restocking fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for any exchanges.

For international orders, start your return here to generate a DHL return label & any applicable customs documentation. A return fee of $20 will be deducted directly from your refund.

Partner products shipped directly from vendors like Sarah Flint and Andie Swim can be returned directly through the M.M.LaFleur returns portal. These items will be returned separately to each vendor and will be refunded after inspection.

Return in store:

We gladly accept returns from orders placed through our website or in-store in all of our store locations. We do not charge restocking fees for any returns made in-store.

Please note: We do not accept direct returns for orders placed outside of our website or store locations. Customers returning orders purchased from Facebook, Instagram, or other vendors like Nordstrom or Saks must initiate returns directly through those sites.
