How do I exchange an item?Updated a month ago

Exchanges can be initiated directly through our returns portal. Exchange orders are placed as soon as returns are received back to our warehouse, so ship your original order back quickly to ensure inventory availability.

For international orders, we currently do not offer exchanges. Please start your return in our international returns portal, then place a new order for the items you want.

Orders placed through Facebook, Instagram, or other vendors must request returns directly through those platforms and are not eligible for exchanges. To make an exchange, please return your original item and place a new order.
