How do I edit my order?Updated a month ago
We aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to accommodate order changes after your order has been placed. If you'd like to request an edit, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at [email protected] or via chat and we'll see what we can do to help!
Cancel order/items:
We can only cancel your order or specific items if our fulfillment center has not started order fulfillment. Fulfillment typically starts about an hour after order placement. If fulfillment has started, then we are unable to make any item edits.
Add or replace items in your order:
We cannot add new items to an existing order or replace items (e.g. swap the size or color). Please place a new order with the items you wish to purchase.
Update shipping address:
We can typically update your shipping address until the shipping label has been created. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make edits so we can alert our fulfillment center.
Update billing address:
If your order was successfully submitted, there is no need to contact us to update your billing address. Please update your billing address for any future orders during order placement.
