Yes! Our locations accept all items that are eligible for return. Please note that some partner products like Andie Swim and Sarah Flint shoes cannot be returned in stores, as indicated in your confirmation email.
When it comes to styling appointments at our showrooms (Bryant Park and D.C.), we recommend booking in advance to ensure a stylist is available to work with you for a full hour. That said, we can accommodate walk-ins if a stylist is available. Please
After your appointment at our Bryant Park or D.C. showrooms, you’ll be able to purchase items for immediate wear or opt for complimentary shipping to your home or office. The rest of our stores are stocked with pieces for you to take home on the spot
Before you arrive, one of our expert stylists will use your survey answers to pull a selection of looks tailored to your style needs and body type. At the appointment, you’ll work with your stylist to determine your best fit and experiment with outfi

We do our best to carry a wide range of styles, but we can’t promise to have every style on a given day. If you have a special request, please make a note in your appointment form and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We sure do. Our stylists will review your profile to determine what you have and love (or have returned!) to make sure we select items to suit your style.
We’re a team of busy women who like to plan ahead–so we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
You’re welcome to bring a guest! We just ask that they respect our decency agreement, which you can read about here.
