For international orders, start your return here to generate a DHL return label & any applicable customs documentation. A return fee of $20 will be deducted directly from your refund.

Full-price items, unworn and unaltered with original tags attached can be returned for a refund to your original payment method within 21 days of delivery. All sale items are refundable either for store credit only or final sale. The sale return policy will be marked on each item in your order confirmation and email. International returns incur a $20 return fee. Import duties are not eligible for refund. Samples and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time. We only accept returns for orders placed through our website or in our stores. Orders placed through platforms like Instagram or other vendors like Nordstrom or Saks must be returned directly through those sites.

European Union Customers have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. EU customers click here to withdraw your order. You can also withdraw before your order has shipped by contacting our CX team at [email protected]. Please note that under Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided to you and the label cost will be deducted from your refund. Customers are still liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling. Any items returned worn or damaged as a result of customer use will not be fully refunded.
