Holiday 2025 Extended Return Policy:

Any full-price or returnable sale product purchased between 11/1/25 and 12/24/25 can be returned by 1/15/26.

Items must be unworn and unaltered with original tags attached. Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned at any time. The sale return policy will be marked on each item in your order confirmation and email. US returns incur a $8.95 restocking fee. This fee is waived if the return is made in-store or if an exchange is made on the return. Samples and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time. We only accept returns for orders placed through our website or in our stores. Orders placed through platforms like Instagram or other vendors like Nordstrom or Saks must be returned directly through those sites.
